Terms and Conditions for Airbus A320 Simulator Assessment Preparation
1. General 1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and services provided for Airbus A320 Simulator Assessment Preparation (“the Service”). 1.2 By booking the Service, you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms. 1.3 The Service is provided by AlphaTech (“we,” “us,” “our”).
2. Eligibility 2.1 The Service is open to pilots who hold a minimum of a CPL (CPL) or equivalent and meet any prerequisites stated in the booking materials. 2.2 Clients must provide accurate and truthful information regarding their qualifications and experience during the booking process.
3. Booking and Payment 3.1 Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. 3.2 Payment must be made in advance via the methods specified at the time of booking. 3.3 Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the booked date will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the booked date are non-refundable.
4. Simulator Sessions 4.1 Each simulator session will follow the itinerary provided at the time of booking. 4.2 Clients must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals cannot be accepted. 4.3 Any specific requests for training content must be communicated at least 72 hours before the session.
5. Client Conduct 5.1 Clients are expected to act professionally and respectfully toward instructors, staff, and equipment. 5.2 Misconduct, including but not limited to abusive language, unsafe behaviour, or damage to equipment, may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
6. Health and Safety 6.1 Clients must inform us of any medical conditions that may affect their participation prior to the session. 6.2 Alcohol or drug use prior to or during the session is strictly prohibited. Clients suspected of being under the influence will be refused entry without refund.
7. Liability 7.1 We accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our negligence. 7.2 Clients are responsible for any damages caused to equipment due to misuse or negligence. 7.3 The Service is designed for training and preparation purposes only and does not guarantee success in airline assessments.
8. Confidentiality 8.1 Any materials provided during the Service, including but not limited to briefing notes and proprietary techniques, must not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent. 8.2 Clients must respect the confidentiality of any information shared during group training sessions.
9. Force Majeure 9.1 We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, technical issues, or instructor illness. 9.2 In such cases, we will offer rescheduling options where feasible.
10. Amendments to Terms 10.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be communicated to Clients and will apply to future bookings.
11. Governing Law 11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is provided. 11.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
